To enter the lottery, you need to submit a reserved seat application. You can download an application form from the Tickets page of the official New York Racing Association (NYRA) web site for Belmont Park. Alternatively, you can e-mail admpark@nyrainc.com with a request that a form be mailed to you.

If you applied for Belmont Stakes seats in 2008 through the lottery system, you will automatically be sent an application for the 2009 Belmont Stakes.
