Belmont Park Dining Options

The Garden Terrace Dining Room, on the fourth floor of the clubhouse, provides an a la carte menu, a children’s menu and excellent views of the racetrack. On the day of the Belmont Stakes, this restaurant offers a luxurious buffet menu at a cost of $275 per person. A smart to casual dress code is enforced.

For invited clubhouse members, the Belmont Café on the first floor of the clubhouse provides quick-service food and beverages. On the second floor, a waiter service is provided in the Paddock Room, which overlooks the saddling area, and the Saloon is a large bar with televisions and betting machines.

A food court, accessible from the third floors of both the clubhouse and the grandstand, provides several dining options in an air-conditioned setting. Included are Sbarro’s Italian Eatery, Nathan’s Famous, The Deli and Rotisserie Chicken.

On the second floor of the grandstand, the Belmont Grill offers popular grilled items such as chicken and burgers, as well as sandwiches.

A picnic area in the Belmont Park backyard includes food stalls and a playground for children. Race-goers are permitted to take coolers into this area, although not into any other part of the racecourse.

General parking costs $2, and preferred parking – in parking areas indicated as silver, red or gold – costs $4. A free shuttle service runs between all parking areas and either the grandstand or the clubhouse.
